Shipping Policy

At SECRETGEM, we aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 3 working days of purchase.

If an item is out of stock, dispatch may take longer, as additional time may be required for production or restocking. In such cases, we will keep you informed where possible.

Once your order has been shipped, we aim for delivery within 10 working days from the date of purchase for in-stock items. In rare cases, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.
