At SECRETGEM, we aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days of purchase.

If an item is out of stock, dispatch may take longer as additional time may be required for production or restocking. Where possible, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

After your order has been processed, the following delivery options are available:

• Express FedEx/DHL – £12.99 (Free on orders £100 and over)
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
